These Terms of Service govern your use of Pumu Labs websites, apps, and related services that link to these terms. By using our services, you agree to these terms.

Products covered

These terms apply to Pumu Labs products, including [App Name] and related websites, unless a product has separate terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use our services. If you use the services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

Accounts and security

Some features may require an account or third-party login. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity under your account.

Your content and data

You retain ownership of content and data you add, import, or create in our apps, such as music collection data, set names, notes, and metadata. You grant Pumu Labs the limited rights needed to operate, sync, back up, display, and support the services.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to import or use any data you add to the services.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the services, interfere with security, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer the services except where allowed by law, or use the services in a way that violates applicable law or third-party rights.

Third-party services

Our services may integrate with third-party platforms such as Apple, Cloudflare, Payhip, Meta, Supabase, Discogs, or other providers. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies. Pumu Labs is not responsible for third-party services.

Products and Payhip checkout

Products may be listed or sold through an embedded Payhip storefront. Purchases, fulfillment, taxes, downloads, payment processing, refunds, customer communications, and checkout data may be handled by Payhip and its payment providers. Payhip terms and policies may apply in addition to these terms.

Advertising services

If we use Meta ads or similar advertising tools, those services may be governed by the relevant advertising platform terms. You agree not to interfere with, misuse, or attempt to bypass those tools or their privacy controls.

App Store terms

If you download an app through Apple's App Store, Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you. Apple is not responsible for providing maintenance or support for the app unless required by applicable law.

Purchases and subscriptions

You may stop using the services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, create risk for the services, or if we discontinue a product.
